Women's Circle Hobart

Come join me for a morning of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself and others. These monthly women’s circles are a gentle invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a space of nourishment, reflection, and meaningful connection with like-minded women. Each circle will include time to explore a relevant theme, share from the heart, and drop into your body with guided embodiment or meditation practices.

New to women’s circles? You are so welcome—come exactly as you are!
What to expect:
- Reflection & journaling on a theme
- A safe, supportive space to share (as much or as little as you like)
- Guided embodiment or meditation practice
- Access to our private WhatsApp group for ongoing connection

What to bring:
- A journal & pen
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothes
- Anything else you need to feel cozy
