✨Investment : €20 This nourishing 2-hour workshop will gently guide you through the seven chakras, helping you understand the energy centers within the body and how they influence your wellbeing.

You'll learn how to recognise imbalances and how to support your energy flow through awareness and simple practices.

We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, allowing you to connect, align, and restore your energy in a peaceful and supportive space.

Whether you’re new to chakras or looking to deepen your understanding, this session is perfect for anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves.
