We invite you to a healing gathering that weaves together the art of neurographic drawing,
soothing movement, and a sound bath. Together, we’ll create a space for gentle transformation, deeper connection with yourself, and a return to inner harmony.
🌿 What to expect:
🌀 Gentle bodywork – to release tension and softly enter the process
🎨 Guided neurographic drawing – an intuitive form of drawing that helps to process emotions and transform blockages
🧘♀️ Short meditation – to center and connect with your inner space
🔔 Sound bath – with gong, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments
🌸 Message cards – offering gentle reflection of what has moved within you
To close – tea, a light vegetarian snack, and time to integrate and simply be in shared space.
🌸 No previous experience needed – your presence and openness are enough
🌸 All drawing materials are provided
🌸 Please bring: a mat (if you have one), a blanket, a cushion, and comfortable clothing
