Join Reeta for a soulful evening of Reggae Music, uplifting sequences, and calming poses. Reggae Music will be played for an upbeat, energetic and fun first half of the practice. During the second half, we will ease into a blissful restorative & yoga Nidra practice for deep relaxation and rest.
