Whether it's tension you've carried for years, emotions you've pushed down, or stories you've inherited — your body remembers. Through guided active somatic breathwork journey, you’ll learn how to:

- Listen to your body as a source of insight and clarity
- Communicate with parts of yourself you’ve avoided or silenced
- Release stuck energy and discomfort
- Cultivate a sense of safety and presence within

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about building a deep relationship with all of you — even the parts that feel messy, vulnerable, or unknown. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom and all that it holds.
