During this immersive experience, you will be comfortably positioned in a serene, supportive environment with two Reiki masters.
The session begins with gentle guidance into a state of relaxation, followed by a soothing sound bath using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes.
As the sound vibrations wash over you, Reiki energy is channeled by Nicola, providing an additional layer of healing. Instruments may be played directly on or around your body intuitively during the session. This is optional.

About Our Hosts Erin is a certified Sound Healing Therapist with a deep passion for using sound to facilitate healing. Her expertise in various sound instruments ensures a rich, multi-layered auditory experience that promotes deep relaxation and healing. She is also a Reiki master adding Reiki energy to her work.
Nicola is a skilled Reiki Master with years of experience in energy healing. Her compassionate approach and intuitive energy work provide a nurturing space for healing and transformation.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, mat pillow blanket, bottle of water, and an open heart.
Contraindications : Please note this sound bath is NOT suitable for people with the following: • People with pacemaker, ICD, defibrillator, stents. • Inflamed areas, areas with open wounds / post surgery within 3 months, • Advanced stages of cancer, cancer tumours. • In the first trimester of pregnancy- can be played gently from a distance in the environment from trimester 2 on. • Metal implants, metal plates, hip replacements etc. • Sound sensitive epilepsy. • Severe or clinical mental health conditions- PTSD, psychotic conditions such schizophrenia - all sound unsuitable.
