Our 1 day, in-person, Rosary Making Workshop for beginners is the perfect introduction to the art of creating handmade individual Rosaries. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to create a linked rosary using beads and wire.
This will be a lovely Rosary to keep for yourself or present as a Wedding Gift, First Communion or Confirmation gift.
Rosary Workshop
During the workshop, you will be guided by an experienced instructor who will teach you various techniques for making a wire and bead Rosary, as well as how to choose the right materials and tools for the job.
By the end of the workshop, you will have created your own Rosary to take home and show off to friends and family. Not only will you leave with a beautiful piece of jewellery, but you will have gained a new skill that you can continue to practice and perfect on your own. Ideal if you want to make a Rosary for a child or adult, First Communion gift. Making a Rosary can be relaxing, mindful and meditative.
You will have a choice of beads to choose from to create your own rosary, wire, Cross and Mary pendant will be included. Use of all relevant tools are included.
Location
This Rosary making workshop will be held in the Carmelite Retreat Centre, Avila, Bloomfield Ave, Morehampton Rd, Dublin D04YF66, from 10.30am to 4pm approx. (10.30 sign in and meet) English speaking tutor. We will be in conference room 2. There is ample free parking, tea/coffee will be available. 2 dates to choose from - Saturday 13th September or Saturday 20th September.
Small class size - max 8 people for individual attention. Class will only go ahead if there are sufficient numbers - min 6 people.
All necessary materials provided, use of all relevant tools included. Tea/coffee will help fuel the creativity.

This is an Adult only workshop. Please ensure that you bring glasses if you need them for close up work.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that a workshop needs to be cancelled by me, a full refund will be provided.
If an individual or group are unable to attend / have to cancel a scheduled workshop and cancel 30 days prior to the workshop, a full refund will be provided.
If an individual or group cancel a scheduled workshop within 14 to 30 days prior to the workshop, a 50% fee will be applied.
For any cancellations made by an individual or group within 14 days prior to a scheduled workshop, no refund will be provided/full fee will apply.
