YOGA FOUNDATIONS

Welcome to Yoga Foundations, a gentle, thoughtfully curated, hatha flow class! Perfect for beginners eager to deepen their practice, this class is all about building understanding and strength in a supportive environment. Led by the fantastic Alicia Richardson, you'll explore fundamental poses while honing in on proper alignment. Expect to end class with an extended moment of meditative stillness (savasana), complete with nurturing hands-on adjustments to enhance your experience. Join us to lay a solid foundation for your yoga journey and discover the joy of mindful movement!

Who is this class for? Everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
