New Moon/Fall Equinox Healing Circle

The New Moon offers a powerful opportunity to set fresh intentions, while the Equinox brings a sense of harmony and balance that supports deeper reflection and meditation.

This class will guide you through breath work, gentle movement, mantra meditation, and intentional healing practices, all designed to help you ground and align. Whether you're new to this practice or are a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave feeling centered and ready to embrace the season ahead with clarity and intention.
