Step into a sanctuary of movement, breath, and intention. Sacred Flow is a transformative yoga experience that weaves the powerful energy practices of Kundalini kriyas with the dynamic grace of Vinyasa flow. Designed to awaken your inner fire and clear physical blockages, this class invites you to move beyond the emotional and connect with the sacred energy within.

Class will begin with breathwork, chanting, and kriyas to stimulate the chakras, elevate consciousness, and release stagnant energy. From there, you’ll transition into a fluid vinyasa sequence that opens the heart, strengthens the body, and grounds the spirit. Expect soulful music, mindful movement, and intentional space to reflect and reconnect.

As we move through this sacred flow, we’ll release what no longer serves and channel that freed energy toward divine purpose and inner alignment. You’ll leave feeling lighter, empowered, and in tune with the deeper current guiding your life forward.
