Rest + Reflect: Back-to-School Vision Board

Take a deep breath before the school year begins. This special class offers a grounding restorative yoga practice followed by creative time to craft personal vision boards. A chance to slow down, set intentions, and return to themselves before diving into the busy school season. All supplies provided—just bring an open mind and be ready to get cozy.
