Welcome to Jai Yoga Foundations, a beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you confidently embark on your yoga journey. This workshop is your opportunity to freely ask questions and explore any aspects of yoga that interest you, ensuring you feel prepared and empowered in your practice.
Yoga Essentials: Get acquainted with the most common poses you will encounter in Jai Yoga classes. We'll break down the basics to ensure you understand the fundamental postures, their benefits, and variations to suit your level.
Safe Alignment: Learn how to safely align your body in each posture to prevent injuries and maximize the benefits of your practice. We'll provide personalized adjustments and modifications to suit your unique needs.
Yoga Props: Understand how to use props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters to support your practice. Props can help you achieve proper alignment, deepen stretches, and make poses more accessible.
Yoga Lingo: Familiarize yourself with common yoga terminology. Knowing the language of yoga will enable you to follow along with ease in public classes and deepen your connection to the practice.
