Ladies are you racing the Tampa Bay BABES Triathlon this year? Join us at Playtri Sarasota on Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 AM for a free, in-person Pre-Race Clinic designed to get you mentally and physically race-day ready. This is your chance to ask last-minute questions, review your race-day checklist, and get expert guidance on everything from transitions to pacing to gear.

This clinic is ideal for first-timers and returning athletes alike. We’ll cover:

- What to expect race morning
- How to prep your gear and transition area
- Tips for each leg: swim, bike, run
- Nutrition strategies for race day
- Mental prep and confidence boosters
