🌅 Sunset Run/Walk Club: Experience Sarasota’s Best with Jefferson Fit!
Join us every Tuesday at 6 PM for an invigorating run or walk through Sarasota’s stunning scenery – with some fun perks to make it even better!
✨ Optional Cold Plunge: Kickstart your run with a cold plunge at Jefferson Fit. Boost circulation and muscle recovery before you even start moving!
✨ Guided Group Dynamic Stretching: Warm up with a group stretching session in our gym led by one of our trainers!
✨ Complimentary Refreshments: Refuel with light refreshments after your workout. It’s the perfect way to socialize and unwind with the group!
