Every Thursday evening, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis as they share their practice at The Bay. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
About Bianca Selket
Bianca Selket is a local studio and teaching artist. Since becoming RYT 200 certified in 2020 at Pineapple Yoga + Cycling, she has been instructing beginner hatha yoga practices with a lyrical twist, deeply connected to song and melody.
