Join us for an enlightening community workshop led by Dr. Chad Boult, a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Geriatrics and a distinguished scholar in health policy and management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. With extensive experience in designing and spreading innovative models of care—most notably the Johns Hopkins Guided Care® model—Dr. Boult brings both compassion and rigor to helping older adults maintain independence safely at home. Sarasota-based Youthful Aging Home Care is proud to offer the nation’s first community implementation of Guided Care.
