If you’ve never experienced her, treat yourself! Her soothing voice speaks the right verbiage to allow your mind to meditate, body to relax & soul to get what it needs.Mrs. Rikki will have us all stretched out and loving on ourselves as we should.Ms. Nola will get us tuned in and aligned with her healing sound bowls. We will also have a vendor or four so please be prepared to support!Your ticket includes sound healing, yoga session, mindfulness meditation, mini master class, & a meal! Attire will be casual and yoga-friendly, please bring a yoga mat!Parking: The venue is the next entrance right after the Wawa.
