Belly dance is a great low-impact way to strengthen and tone your entire body, while also building confidence and freedom of movement... and did we mention you could burn up to 400 calories per hour?
What to expect:
We will be breaking down the basic belly dance moves and drilling them for an entire body workout. You will be shown both the beginner mode, and the "level up" mode, and you can choose to follow whichever one is best for you and your body. We will teach you how to move safely within any limitations you may have, while still getting maximum benefit.
Wear something comfortable, and bring water :)
