Evening Saint John Grief Cafe

Grief Café – Evening Gathering (6–8 PM)

Grief doesn’t keep a schedule, and neither do we. That’s why we offer an evening Grief Café every Monday from 6–8 PM—for those who need support after the workday ends or who simply prefer a quieter time to connect.

Hosted by Brian, someone who truly understands the grief journey, this free, drop-in space is open to anyone grieving a loss. You’ll find a warm cup of coffee or tea, gentle conversation, and a community that listens without judgment.

There’s no pressure to speak. No expectations to be “okay.” Just a room full of kind people who know that healing takes time.

We always welcome new members. We know the hardest part is walking through the door—but when you do, you won’t be alone.
