SJTR Group Run #227

Hey Folks,

This week we are heading to the Split Rock trail. We will run out on the split rock trail to the lighthouse, and back via the road. The route will be roughly 7-7.5kms with the hardest section being just over 4kms.

If you have never been, the Split Rock Trail is one of our most difficult routes. It is technical, and there are some punchy climbs. With that said, once you hit the dirt road, it is "smooth" sailing. :)

No registration required, just show up ready to run for 6:30pm. As always, nobody left behind.
