Chair Yoga

Using a chair for support and stability offers a compassionate practice perfect for any “body”. Chair yoga is a modified form of traditional poses that are adapted to create a caring practice accessible for all abilities, especially those experiencing mobility issues and balance concerns. Explore movement in a way that is soft and gentle that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, relieves anxiety and depression, and improves your confidence, mood and mental clarity.

Offering yoga and energy supports for over 20 years, Cara integrates her knowledge and practical experience to create spaces that support each participant. Yoga and energy studies include philosophies, physiology, human anatomy, energy anatomy, biomechanics, posture, physical assessment, teaching methodology, ayurveda, fascial theory, chakra balancing, meditation.
