An energetic practice, moving muscles through their full range of motion while engaging your core to maintain stability and control. Dynamic yoga focuses on improving strength, flexibility, agility, and overall body awareness to increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve circulation and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Offering yoga and energy supports for over 20 years, Cara integrates her knowledge and practical experience to create spaces that support each participant. Yoga and energy studies include philosophies, physiology, human anatomy, energy anatomy, biomechanics, posture, physical assessment, teaching methodology, ayurveda, fascial theory, chakra balancing, meditation.
