We are looking for a few Gals to join the group for our 2025-26 season and hope that you'll consider joining!
Audition Requirements:
- Attire is casual dance/exercise clothing. Red lips are a plus but are not required 😉 Please be on time. Being late without cause or explanation is one of the first things that we consider when making final selections.

- The audition will run as follows. Our usual rehearsal time is 5-7 PM on Sundays. You may not yet have this time regularly available in your schedule. We understand that work and family time may need to be restructured should you become a Gal, and are willing to work with you as you shift your routine.

12:45 Individual meetings for you to ask questions, share a reason or few that you should be selected, and tell us about things like chronic injuries or other complications...it's ok. we all have them. They come with being an adult, and especially one who dances.

Oh and just a few more things...
- This is (ideally) a full year commitment that primarily includes availability to rehearse on Sunday evenings, usually 5-7 PM as well as pop-up rehearsals as required for gigs that you have accepted. Performances take place 1-3 times monthly. Some months are completely quiet. Some gigs are appearances and do not require a performance. Gals sign up for gigs - every Gal is not required to perform each event. More on this when we see you in person.
- Each of the current Gals have been with the company for 2-7 years and is a different height, size, shape AND we are each involved in unique and different professions: educators, moms, healthcare professionals, bankers, event managers, etc..
- Gigs are generally paid. Benefits are the major exception. Most costumes and props are provided, BUT there is a kit that Gals are expected to purchase. This includes wig, classic silver costume, Capezio professional fishnets with backseam, skin tone t-strap heels and flats, rhinestones and glue for our signature shoe styling. A $300 fee will be required to cover your classic costume, tank top, first pair of nets, first round of rhinestones, and preferred/recommended adhesive.
- We welcome anyone to audition! After all, our unique talents bring a great deal to the group! We also enjoy any opportunity to promote our body positive outlook to each other and those that we entertain. Dance feels good and makes others feel good. We embrace all movers and shakers. Period
