UOttawa Tango is thrilled to present the Uruguyan tango guitar duet, Batimento Duo, for an exclusive Ottawa premiere on Monday, August 4, at 7pm in Tabaret Hall (University of Ottawa). Be prepared to be seduced by their elegant and deeply moving interpretations of a variety of tango music, both traditional and modern.
UOttawa Tango is honoured to acknowledge that this event is graciously supported by the Embassy of Uruguay to Canada.
Following their concert, UOttawa Tango will host a milonga in Tabaret Hall in honour of our international guests. Our good friend DJ Burak (Istanbul-Montreal) will be keeping your feet and hearts happy with his incredible music late into the evening.
