Transport to Island pickup location : Blair Rd , Boat Launch (Free Parking) load up boat from the beach.
Boat #1 (Barrie M) - max 7 Passengers at a time
Boat #2 (Jason Macneil) max 4 Passengers at a time
Boat Pickup : 12:00pm , 12:20pm , 12:40pm ,1:10pm

Travel time to the sand bar in the boat is about 5 mins
Get ready to flex, splash, and throw down! The Ottawa High Hookers are hosting the wildest arm wrestling practice of the summer — right in the water on a sand bar at 📍 Upper Duck Island. Whether you're a seasoned puller or just wanna test your grip, come out and arm wrestle tableside in waist-deep water surrounded by a fun crowd and good vibes.
All levels welcome. Bring your A-game, your boat, Frisbee, volley ball or just come party. Free to join. BYO cooler/Snacks.
