Mid-Summer YIN Pop-Up with Barbara

A Mid-Summer Yin practice is a beautiful way to slow down and balance the fiery energy of the season!!

With the long warm days, it is helpful to offer the body and mind a moment to reset and release.

Yin Yoga, being slower and focused on deep stretches, is excellent for this time of year since it encourages deep rest, nourishment and a gentle opening of the body.

'Join Barb for a practice that is sure to cool down and nurture the body, restore balance, and calm the mind during the hottest, most yang time of year.

This mid-summer practice will target those deep connective tissues, calms the nervous system, and encourage inward reflection.
