Niantic Main Street, downtown Niantic’s revitalization organization, invites the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for Enliven Inner Intelligence on Friday, June 20 at 5:30 p.m. The new Ayurveda practice is located in Luna & Sage collective - formerly known as The Mix - upstairs at 277 Main Street, Niantic. The ribbon-cutting is free, open to the public.

I am the founder of Enliven Inner Intelligence and Enliven Spa, where I integrate ancient healing wisdom with modern wellness practices. With a background in nursing and decades of experience, I specialize in trauma release, hormone balance, and holistic education. My mission is to empower and educate individuals to reclaim their health, balance, and vitality through personalized care and transformative healing modalities.
Having lived in the Groton area for about 20 years, I have been affiliated with Yale in their hospice department and served as the head of the trauma crisis intervention department for HEAR HER VOICE. I am a transcendental meditation facilitator, trauma-release yoga instructor, and a certified Happy Healthy Mother Baby Specialist. My education stems from UMass Amherst and Maharishi International University.
Starting this business and earning my Ayurvedic degree were inspired by my personal battle with cancer, which motivated me to further my education and heal myself. Niantic, with its beautiful spaces and welcoming community, feels like the perfect place to bring my vision to life.
