Yoga Book Club with Julia

Join us for Yoga Book Club! This discussion based group fosters spiritual growth and inquiry as we explore a variety of transformational books on yoga, spirituality, philosophy, and everything in between.

This month, we’ll explore “Be Water, My Friend” by Shannon Lee, in which Bruce Lee's daughter illuminates her father's most powerful life philosophies, and how we can apply his teachings to our daily lives. 'Empty your mind; be formless, shapeless like water.’

If the weather is nice we'll meet on the back porch! - with mocktails, fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries, and the best company.

Our intention is to come together to reflect, grow together, and cultivate community. There are no rules, no quizzes, no judgments. And it’s always okay if you didn’t finish the book! The books we read are a launching pad; a starting point for meaningful discussion and connection.

We decide as a group what we will read next, so suggestions are always welcome and encouraged!
