Join Abby from The Space Within Wellness for a 45 minute Pranayama Breathwork practice at the beautiful Hustl.

This is not your typical breathwork class….

Think calm, modern, elevated but still grounded in ancient practices that have been around for thousands of years.

Moving through a series of diaphragmatic breath patterns along to a vibey playlist & cretaive cues, we will calm our nervous system, clear the mind and create a sense of alignment.

No screaming, no emotional overwhelm.

Perfect if you’re curious, maybe a little nervous to try breathwork, or just need something that feels grounding, not too intense.

This is a gentle yet powerful practice. No experience is needed, all levels welcome.

You could bring your partner, your mum, your boss, and it would still feel right.
