Based on the iconic comedy created by Charles Addams, the story follows the Addams Family who reside in their gloomy Central Park mansion. Gomez, the proud patrarch and his elegant wife Morticia share a passionate marriage. Their mischevous son Pugsley is rumaging through Granda's Potions and is busy being tortured by his big sister, Wednesday. Fester is spending his time moonbathing and the ever-loyal Lurch lurks in the shadows with his usual silent charm.
But their usual family darkness, grief and unspeakable sorry is tested by a secret... the twisted, eldest daughter Wednesday is in love and is bringing home a boy, a 'normal' boy.
