Your instructor for this evening, Darlene, brings over 20 years of yoga experience and a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her teaching. Known and loved for her nurturing presence and calming voice, Darlene creates a supportive space where students feel safe to explore and heal. Her passion lies in holding space for somatic release and emotional well-being through practices rooted in meditation, yoga philosophy, and lived wisdom. Whether you're new to yin or a seasoned practitioner, Darlene’s classes are a true balm for the mind, body and heart.
