Going Rogue: Flow + Float

Sun. River. Yoga. Snacks.
We are Going Rogue.

Float + Flow is a summer collaboration between Zen + Tonic Yoga, Southern Oregon OM, and Rogue Salad Co. We’re taking movement outside and onto the river for a day that blends yoga, community, and classic Southern Oregon adventure.

The day includes:
• A yoga flow led by both Lindsey Holy of Z+T & Karyn Rankin by S.O.OM!
• Group float on the Rogue River (bring your own floaty or let us know you need help sourcing one)
• Post-float connection and snacks provided by Rogue Salad Co.
• Optional dips, laughter, and total summer bliss

This event is designed to bring people together in motion, in nature, and in joy. No yoga or float experience necessary, but you will get wet and you will have fun.

Cost:

$45 pre-registration $65 day of.
Pre-registration is preferred. Spots are limited and salads need to be ordered 🥗😋

What to Bring:

• A floatation device (tube, inflatable kayak, etc.) WE WILL HAVE SOME BOAT AND FLOAT OPTIONS!
• Sunscreen, water, and a towel
• A sense of play and a love for summer
