Float State

Float State is your invitation to drop in, cool down, and completely let go.

Join us for an evening of poolside yoga, followed by a luxurious sound bath … experienced on a float, in the water, under the open sky.

This is not your typical summer yoga class. It’s a full-body, full-senses reset.

The evening includes:
• A mellow 45-minute flow led by Lindsey Holy
• A 45-minute live sound bath, experienced from the water on a floatation mat or poolside
• Refreshments and space to unwind with community

Designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to ease, Float State is both a vibe and a practice.

No float experience required. Bring your own floatie or let us know if you need one, we’ve got you.

Cost: $45 Pre-registration is required.

What to Bring:

• A pool float (optional but recommended)
• Towel, water, and a light cover-up
• Willingness to relax and float your way back to center
