Young at Heart Group Run and Social

Looking to meet fellow young(ish) runners in the Ithaca area? Every week we’ll be meeting at Bike Bar on Thursdays at 5:30pm, and setting off at 5:45pm, running in differing pace groups for around 30ish minutes, before returning for a chance to chat in Bike Bar afterwards. You can decide with the people in your pace group where you want to go, and how far too. Suggestions include:

Ithaca Falls: ~2 miles
Stewart Park: ~4 miles
Stewart Park (plus golf course): ~5 miles
South Hill Rec Way: ~7 miles

We are working with Bike Bar to hopefully provide dedicated storage space for during the run (but we will always have cars available nearby) - and potentially a monthly pizza party too!
