This 8 week Certified Group Hypnosis Session will target STRESS RELEASE. Managing our stress in today's world is a constant battle and can result in potential chronic depression and even contribute to illness. These sessions will offer you an oasis of calm through a variety of certified techniques that will aim to release your stress using different approaches. By attending Hypnosis Sessions, you will be giving your Physical Self, Emotional Self, Intellectual Self and Spiritual Self, a consistent new programming. You can give yourself a familiar grounded peace to build upon and maintain.
