Wednesday Jazz Night

Every Wednesday, we’ll set the tone with smooooth spirits and the even smoother sounds of Hobart’s finest jazz musicians, live in the venue.

Join us as we pair something Kind of Blue with a soft and smoky number, and stir down classics as bittersweet as a Billie Holiday ballad.

Our incredible collection of Tasmanian spirits and cocktails will be on show, including a limited edition cocktail menu, filled with jazz night deals.

Sit back, soak in the music, and let us pour you something with just the right amount of improvisation—because in jazz, as in spirits, the best notes are often the ones you don’t expect.
