The Cocoon: A Space for Women to Gather

The Cocoon is a safe space where women come together to support, empower, and uplift each other. Just like a cocoon provides a protective environment for transformation, this gathering offers a space for women to share their experiences, find strength, and grow together. It’s a place where emotions are embraced, wisdom is shared, and each woman feels valued, nurtured and seen.

Sharing from the heart, bearing loving witness, experiencing the benefits of whole bean cacao, somatic movement and meditation with Helen of Bee Breath Yoga and Tina of The Cacao Embassy Australia.

Please bring: your own yoga mat (Helen will have a few spares), cushion, blanket and anything you need to be comfortable. Chairs will be available if you find sitting on the floor isn’t supportive for you.
