This work nurtures the mind-body-soul connection and will support the growth of your potential as a vibrant human being.

This rotation runs over 6 weekly sessions and is
loaded with experiential learning opportunity.
Breathwork, relaxation techniques, education, meditations and intuitive art practices and group sharing.

This work is gentle yet potent and is offered for those wanting to do the work required to make lasting change.
