Aaron Entresz is one of Hobart’s most celebrated and sort after guitarist. He has been an active member of Hobart’s Jazz community since the age of 14 and at the age of 17 gained country-wide attention by winning the National Future Leaders Jazz Award. He has gone on to perform with some of Australia's finest musicians and regularly appears at many of Tasmania's most prestigious venues.
Eleanor Meredith is one of Hobart’s most prominent up and coming musicians.
She is known for her fluid jazz vocals and sensitivity as a pianist, and works with many of Hobart’s most celebrated musicians. She is a widely regarded music educator, band leader and in 2021 received the Jack Duffy memorial award for her contributions to Hobart’s Jazz community.
Matt Boden is a composer and orchestrator for film, TV, and games. Matt also arranges for the stage, and is a highly sought-after pianist and keyboardist for the studio and live shows.
Boden performs at leading venues and major festivals throughout Australia and internationally on a regular basis. These festival appearances include The Melbourne International Jazz Festival, The Adelaide Cabaret Festival, The Wangaratta Festival of Jazz and Blues, MONA FOMA, Dark MOFO, The Paris Jazz Festival, The Jazz Pas Grave Festival (Paris), and The Ascona Jazz Festival (Switzerland). Matt has performed in leading venues worldwide such as Sunset/Sunside (Paris), A-Trane (Berlin), Caveau de la Huchette (Paris), CJW (Shanghai), The Paris Cat, Bennetts Lane, and The BMW Edge (Melbourne).
Boden has lived and worked around the planet, with the longest stretch outside Australia being seven years in Paris, where he worked extensively as a performing and recording artist. He appears on dozens of recordings and has performed with artists including Brian Jackson (USA), Eddie ‘Boogieman’ Kirkland (USA), Vince Jones, Meow Meow, Jhereck Bischoff (USA), Doug de Vries, Eamon McNelis, Julien Wilson, Damien Kingston, Shelley Scown, John Scurry, Eugene Ball, Jacqueline Gawler, Al Kerr, Leigh Barker, Heather Stewart, and Peter Giron (FR), among many others.
