Callington Mill Distillery is proud to partner with Corowa Distilling Co. for an evening celebrating Australian whisky and the people behind it. Bringing together two of Australia’s most exciting whisky producers, each proudly based in small regional towns with big character. Corowa, on the banks of the Murray River in NSW, and Oatlands, in the heart of Tasmania’s Southern Midlands, both share a rich sense of history and local pride. Connect with the distillers and hear the stories behind each expression, from the old flour mill in Corowa to the cutting-edge facility in Oatlands.
Set against the backdrop of Hobart’s waterfront, and evening featuring where two mills meet, for a guided tasting of six whiskies, a paired three-course meal, and the rare chance to meet the makers. While this is not a Father’s Day event, the timing and experience make it a great gift idea for any whisky-loving dad.
