Baby massage - Guest speaker* - Connect and share

We are catching up at the Howrah Community Centre, a family-friendly venue with free onsite parking available.

Join us for this session on baby massage with a guest speaker - pioneer of baby massage in Tasmania teaching us on the day*. Baby massage is a useful skill to have in your toolkit for different reasons, including settling, bonding and improved wellbeing.

Bring a wrap/bunny rug to lie your little one down on the floor, as we sit and try out techniques.

Find us in the Sunshine Room at the Howrah Community Centre - look for the signs pointing the way to ABA. Tea and coffee (dairy milk) and a light morning tea is provided. There is a secure outdoor play area for toddlers and other children.

There is also the opportunity to speak one-to-one with a breastfeeding counsellor should you need.

*Guest speaker presentations may include information not in accordance with ABA policies and position statements.

Joining ABA is NOT required to attend - this info and chat discussion is a freely available community service.
