The Alexander Technique is a mindful movement practice that helps people recognise and release habitual tension, improving coordination, posture, and ease in everyday actions.
Blending it with yoga invites a slower, more attentive approach to movement—prioritising how we move over what we achieve—allowing each posture to become an exploration of presence, balance, and natural support.
