Enrol in our 4-week program and experience the benefits of infant massage for both parent and baby.
Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks and over.
Classes are held in the beautiful, warm and safe environment of Studio Eternal at Eternal Women’s Health in Hobart’s CBD.
Each session includes setting the scene for massage, learning massage techniques and discussion around common concerns such as sleep, crying, tummy pain, bonding and attachment and time to chat and connect with other Mamas on the motherhood journey.
Week 1 - Introduction to infant massage, recognising cues, legs & feet
Week 2 - Tummy and unsettled baby
Week 3 - Chest and arms
Week 4 - Face, back and gentle movements
Program cost is $150 per baby and parent/s, and includes all resources for massage and take home handouts.
