Connecting with Your Inner Voice: Grounding, Tarot, and Automatic Writing

This workshop will introduce practical tools to help you access your inner voice and deepen your self-awareness. It’s open to all adults under 30, no experience necessary.

You'll learn:

• Grounding techniques and body scans to get present
• How to use tarot as a self-reflection tool
• How to practice automatic writing to explore your thoughts and emotions
• How to ask yourself better questions and pause before assigning meaning
• And more

This session is especially helpful if you experience anxiety, have a trauma history, or want to feel more in tune with yourself. It’s beginner-friendly and paced to support nervous system regulation.We'll also include practice time, space for questions, and optional take-home tools and goodies.Bring a journal or tarot deck if you have one but we will also be providing basic supplies. Come as you are and ready to explore!
