This event is a special occasion to practice with someone who brings the depth of long experience. Arne Schaefer has been practicing Zen for over 30 years. He is Julia and Harri's guiding teacher from the Kwan Um School of Zen.

Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.
Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balance—both in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.
