About the Artist – YMS:
Born Floyd Fearon in 1992 in Clarendon, Jamaica and raised in Daniel Town, Trelawny, YMS is a multi-dimensional artist deeply inspired by Jamaican musical legends such as Papa San, Bob Marley, Shabba Ranks, Shaggy, Miss Lou, Buju Banton, and Vybz Kartel. His music blends traditional reggae roots with modern experiences, drawing from his own journey, personal growth, and cultural identity. His creative vision is to share truth through sound – powerful, real, and unapologetically Caribbean.
