Come join our conversation about how grief affects the body. This in-person event takes place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM at Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
Our mental and emotional processes are linked to physical sensations and reactions. That’s why grief is a full body experience. In part two of this series, we will explore the physical aspects of grief, including pain, loss of sleep, digestive issues, and others. This conversation will acknowledge obstacles and share compassionate and practical strategies for our grief healing.
