Cincinnati Children's Mental and Behavioral Health Institute LISTENING SESSION

Parents, family members, caregivers, or patients are invited to join.

June 26th from 1:30-3:30 pm at Cincinnati Children's Burnet Campus

Participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time.

Childcare and Refreshments will be provided for in-person participants.

Requirements:
• 14 years of age or older (minors must attend with a
caregiver)

• A parent, family members, caregiver, or patient who has sought care for behavioral, developmental, or mental
health concerns within the last five years.

• Care did not have to be received - we are interested in
hearing about barriers you faced to accessing care,
such as waiting lists, lack of available appointments, etc.

• Care did not have to be sought at Cincinnati Children's
- we are interested in hearing about your experience
seeking care at all providers, including Cincinnati
Children's, community-based practices, school-based
services, etc.

• Willing to actively participate in discussions to share
your/your family's experience
