Heal Her Women's Circle (Hosted By Mecca Freeman)

Hey My Love,

I am so excited about this healing circle.

Okay, so if you don’t know I’m Mecca founder of Confidence Builds In Heels (CBIH). I host dance classes from Twerk, Hip-Hop, Sensual movement in heels and more a few times per month in Cincinnati. CBIH has been around for three years and our intention is to assist women in connecting with their goddess energy and building their confidence all through dance. We don not care about the heels part, it’s just about you showing up and connecting with and feeling into yourself.

After every class women gather around in a circle for an hour or a few sometimes and just vent, ask one another questions and release. Women always walk away saying “I needed that” and so since this is something I know we need as a community I am creating an event just for us to come together in a healing space.

In ancient traditions women gathered around in a circle around a fire and maybe food or kneeled at the river to chat with her fellow goddess. During that time women would talk about the challenges they were facing and also receive nurturing and guidance from other women present.

Well, we are still the same women today and we NEED that in our community no matter the age, background, race or social status. We need to confide in one another and we heal through that.

So join me and a small group of beautiful other women as we start off with a topic and then allow it to organically go into whatever direction it goes in. There will be wine and water provided. Please bring the following:

* A yoga mat, blanket or a cushion to lay or sit on

* Specific drinks and snacks if you feel called to... We bring snacks to share with the group.

* An open heart and transparent mindset and readiness to release

*Bug spray or candle to keep the little babies away lol

We will meet at Ziegler Park OTR from 1-2:15pm.

Please keep in mind that there are two parts of Ziegler Park across the street from one another. We will be on the field side. Not the side near the pool and playground. There are steps that guide you to the lawn side across from the pool/playground side. It is right next to "Alumni Lofts". I will have a RED BALOON so you can locate us!

Parking: There is metered parking on the street and free parking on the street in surrounding areas after 7pm (without a meter). There is also garage parking for $5.

Again, THIS IS A SAFE SPACE. Please come out and join us because i know that your soul needs this.
