A Walk in the Park with UC's Osher Center

The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.

This week, join Dr. Barbara Walker and Kelly Lyle from UC's Osher Center for a walk in Mt. Airy Forest. Meet at the Treehouse for a scenic hike along forested trails, where you’ll enjoy fresh air, gentle movement, and moments of mindfulness in nature.
